Very flexible hours and good work/life balance over the past three years that I have been with the company. The culture is very friendly and many people have been with the company for 15+ years.

Depending on the department, starting salaries may be lower than other companies in the insurance sector. There can be a disconnect between the business units and makes it harder to handle clients.
