Messed up company for IT Engineers - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Aon

This used to be a good company to work and be a part of but the recent exit of Hewitt (now called as Alight) and now the upcoming devastator have messed up things left in the corporation. Everybody wants to leave and whose who havent got any other job offers yet are always discussing the same. The environment is a hilarious mixture of anxiety disappointment and unpredictive nature of your job. The managers have no idea how to manage such a situation and the employees are now facing the wrath of it. I would advice you not to join this even if they double your salary.
