I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive or growth-oriented environment. The management is extremely micromanaging. There’s little to no actual training — they expect you to somehow know everything from day one, and if you ask questions, you’re met with vague responses or no answers at all. They communicate in a condescending and disrespectful tone, which kills morale across the team. It feels like they’re more interested in assigning blame than solving problems lol.
