It's disheartening that you had a negative experience working for Apex. It's for this reason why we encourage employees to speak up to their manager, HR, or to me directly if they're unhappy in their role so we can work towards positive change together. From a return to office perspective, it's an unusual circumstance for everyone, and just like most of the industry we are still learning what "normal" looks like. We have had many conversations around the benefits and why we value face-to-face interactions and it sounds like your experience may have been different if you were collaborating with colleagues in-person.
