Absolutely no work life balance, polices your PTO, expectations for you to die for this place like you’re at war or own stocks, mean girl vibes, lack of or absolutely no support to correct mistakes, this “trying to be corporate” small business is sure to continue to lose employees, they don’t follow ethical practices at all and like to bend the rules when it benefits them. Managers are snakes in the grass who want you to push moral boundaries.
