If you are lucky and getting free weekend by any change, you will be occupied with unnecessary trainings. Weird requests : Within first week of your joining, you will be asked to write good review on Glassdoor and other platforms. Every employee is asked to do marketing about the company. No management : Company doesn't have any management. Every one above you will act like a manager. You will end up in updating status multiple times a day. No policies : Administration policies, payroll system, performance appraisal policies are missing. You will never understand why a certain amount of TDS is getting deducted. However, performance cycle is too good. If you will ask for hikes every quarter, you could get hike. But if you are not asking then forgot about it. False commitments: You will get false commitments from the first day in company.
