No work life balance. Every weekend is working. No shift allowance no compoff. Work like donkey for hours no proper shifts. You are put onto 2-3 project simultaneously for different clients highly unprofessional company. You will work 24/7 also no weekend here. No appraisal no hike nothing everything is big scam. Mental torture and harrasment. People will ping you at odd hours without shame.
