No work life balance, Management doesn't follow any policies, Daily 1 hour useless training for all employees, Will have assessments every now and then which is very bad, I heard that they promised trainees to give 4.5 to 5LPA but gave only 3LPA at the end which is worst thing, They beg employees and some times offers monetary benefits to write good reviews, HR doesn't reply to anyone, Learning and Development manager is a useless fellow, You need to wait for months to get reply from HR, Need to work in the weekends too, You need to work like a mule, poor performance appraisals, The pay is different for employees working on same projects, Want to experience hell?
