-Salaries are paid on time -CEO is close to employee and treats employee more like a friend -No sir or bossing within the office -Cool and calm workplace

-It is an One Man Army Firm , the organization is solely dependent on its CEO for work. -Lack of regular workflow , business and activities -Works are mostly unstructured and comes without much notice -There is very little marketing budget allocated. -Poor management and management is only focused on big/government projects
