I like working for Apolis because, everyone's experience is going to be mostly impacted by their direct interaction with the management and this is definitely the case for myself. I felt that there is deep respect for one another (Employee and Management) and one can trust & rely upon another to Support. There was an extremely high degree of ownership and accountability at an individual level - a deep sense of personal commitment.
