I have worked across US with quite a few consulting companies and so far I have not seen another such honest, caring and well reputed company like RJT Compuquest. I have renewed my H1s a few times with them and due to their reputation and legal team there has never been any issue even in complex scenarios. The management is very approachable and caring. If you have any type of problem just say it and the help will be on its way. In addition I never had any delays or problems in pay roles, insurance, 401K expense reimbursements etc. Rather they have helped me and other consultants out of way and from their own pocket. They do pay to update consultant’s skill sets by providing certifications through Oracle and SAP. The marketing team is really good, fair, aggressive and friendly and very well reputed and networked with other implementers. Over all I have enjoyed being part of the RJT family, it my almost 5th year and I have so far have no complains but only compliments. Least, I strongly recommend RJT Compuquest to everyone who is fair and is looking for a great team to grow with.
