Under estimation (very gross) while bidding contacts Project management is poor & everyone need suffer Developers need to work day in day out, all weekends Not good support of HR Lack of medical insurance or good policies

Consultants are expected to work closely with their project managers - both client-based and APOLIS-based. Also, consultants are expected to work 40 hours per week. Consultants have access to our HR Dept. as a resource to discuss any concerns they may have with their assigned engagement. APOLIS offers a very generous medical, dental, vision and life/disability benefit to employees and their families. RJT offers full benefits to its employees. Our benefits are considered top-of-the-line. Medical insurance includes an HMO, PPO and an HSA. We even offer life insurance.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments on our compensation and commission plan. Apolis' business as primarily a staffing company, serves hundreds of clients across dozens of industries and fills hundreds of job openings each year. We do not flip flop on our strategic core business which is staffing.
