Many business leaders are really excellent in guiding their departments, setting clear expectations and rationales for those expectations that enable their employees to shine. These departments are a joy to work for and with, and consistently deliver on the expectations they set.

Some of these leaders really are emperors with no clothes, showing a complete disregard for the truth.
