Benefits used to be good but have been completely gutted. Upper management is completely clueless. They have been gutting everything. The best employees are long gone. The expensive ones were laid off, the rest of the good crowd found better places. Upper management makes all the wrong moves while filling their own pockets. Everyone else gets screwed financially and will eventually be let go
