If you want to be part of that evolution of higher ed, you might consider Apollo Ed Group. Salary and benefits were standard; training for the position was excellent.

Apollo Education seemed to have lost interest or appetite for the mission of Workforce Solutions, the group for which I worked. As a result, I can't speak for the salary/benefits currently being offered. If it sounds good to you today, it's a fickle organization and it could change tomorrow, especially given the pressures put on for-profit higher education.
