Many... poor at execution; a 'new regime' in place (again) that utterly fails to understand how a service/consultant sales org is different from product sales; a marriage to a high cost vertical industry strategy with no real vertical expertise; disconnected upper management; rampant anxiety in the workforce, not data driven, culture with no 'correction of error' mentality (more bursh it under the rug), poor and almost non existent communications, etc.
