They provide an education to some of the people who we call, but most of the people that we reach out to don't actually want a degree from U of Phx.

I currently work in the call center. The company seems to manipulate its customers into providing personal information, and I get cursed out and yelled at daily for making telemarketing calls to their "possible" students. The company also seems to change it's policies and procedures weekly. They do not pay their employees enough to deal with the politics, drama, and and angry customers day after day. I say don't apply here. I would not refer a friend to work for this company.
