The recruitment is appalling. First they say you've got the job, then you hear nothing for months.. Phone them up. They send you to unsuitable homes to work, even though you not experienced... Then turn round and say they don't want you any more.... Your on a training course then they take you off it..... No expenses paid either.... A rubbish company
