Konnect logistics department Unpaid Overtime Issues: There is a significant gap between contractual hours and actual working hours. Standard contracts are for 8 hours, but 9-hour shifts (or more) are often mandatory without fair overtime compensation. ​Difficult Exit/Settlement Process: The end-of-service (EOSB) settlement process is unnecessarily complicated and exhausting, especially for employees relocating or leaving the country. ​Lack of Management Accountability: Direct managers and HR often delay financial settlements, forcing employees to seek legal intervention through MOHRE to get their basic rights. ​Poor Communication: Significant disconnect between Department Heads, HR, and Finance when it comes to final settlements and employee dues. ​Unfair Tactics: In some cases, the company may use aggressive administrative tactics (like delaying cancellations or misrepresenting employee status) to avoid or delay paying earned benefits.
