Good for career development on a small team in a growing company. High expectations of employees, but flexible working arrangements. Unlimited vacation (within reason), comprehensive health coverage.

Lack of diversity; reflects wider tech demographics, so women and minorities are underrepresented. Salaries are average for market, but somewhat expected when also compensated with equity.
