Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’ve said it here before, sales can be a very difficult job. Appian executives (myself included) spend time in the field with our account teams so we can experience your challenges first-hand. With that in mind, a great deal of effort goes into designing compensation plans and territories to ensure our people have an opportunity to exceed expectations. Appian hires experienced managers from outside but we also invest heavily in growing leaders from within the company. As with anything, there is always room for improvement.
