The team is committed to better the user's experience and are keen on ensuring the designers learn from one another. - Great manager. Had an amazing UX manager who helped me grow as a UX designer by being intentional about the goals we were trying to achieve. - Felt as a designer, I had a voice and my opinions mattered. - Learned so much within a short period. - Also get to be part of impactful work. - I appreciated the feedback giving. I was able to receive constant feedback both about my performance but also about my designs. The feedback was immediate and constant and this set me up for growth by having tangible action items to work on. - Great culture!

Had an overall great experience. Only con would be that the company could do with more diverse employees. The UX team is pretty diverse but the company itself could do better.
