Good for people that take initiatives, like working in smaller teams and drive the projects/tasks.

- Sometimes you need to tackle several things together as you take ownership - App development work can be within the appivo ecosystem. - Problem of availability at times incase you need to review work or need help. - Work moves fast and sometime critical features are underestimated and given less focus.
