Terrible Culture - Recensione dipendente - Vice President presso Apple Bank

2021 - the culture in the back office, headquarters, was amazing. Apple Bank's culture was like a family with teams looking out for each other. 2022- multiple reorgs occurred. Culture transitioned from a nice laid back happy environment into a "big bank" workaholic nightmare. Managers send out emails past 8pm.. if this is the case, i rather just go work for a big bank that pays more and also bonuses. Many employees are looking for external opportunities.
