What the company says and what the company does are VERY different. The job involves heavy direct sales with expectation of high KPI delivery, but with no incentive. Rather, the company penalizes and terminates employees whom do not perform “up to expectation”. Learning and development are not priorities, turnover is very high. Work/life balance is extremely poor.
