      Apart for the name, you don’t have many other pros. They are to big to care, and offer absolutely zero development. They think they are the innovators of change, they maybe in terms of product but they certainly aren’t in people management and leadership. Would not recommend at all.

      Everything about the company. To big to care, zero personal development, no progression, no recognition and after a few years… absolutely no job satisfaction or fulfilment in your daily work. Also, absolutely ZERO FLEXIBILITY AND NO WORK LIFE BALANCE!! not an employer of choice and don’t choose because of the name.

      ZERO ZERO ZERO work/life balance. Execs have been saying for YEARS that they understand and will make it better. But in actuality, it gets worse every year! It is obviously top management LIP SERVICE because if they meant it, they could fix it tomorrow. They have hundreds of BILLIONS in the bank. If they REALLY cared about employee work/life balance, they could bring aboard the right number of folks to make that issue dissolve. Sick of hearing the lies. Just don't lie about wanting to fix it, when they clearly DON'T care
