Lots of contests. Easy to meet metrics in the first and second year. Good for young, new recruiters.

Cliques, insulting, and catty at times. Not very detailed when it counts. Expensive benefits package for direct employees. Not easy to make a lot of money when you're new. The same people are always successful either due to tenure or due to being given a little extra help. Only 2 people successful without being given clients by someone else - the branch managers.
