Have felt more welcomed in the 1st month of being employed with this organization than I did working 5-8 years at my former employers. Culture is very welcoming, warm and appears to recognize talented individuals where you aim to have the right person in the right role.

No cons at this time

None over the competition. One Family medicine practice in Portsmouth lost 7 of its 8 providers within a year and a half; all to local competition!

Top down management philosophy. Minor decisions at the clinic level needs approval of out of state upper managment resulting in nothing ever improving. Incredible amount of inertia. Extremely poor EMR with minimal support. Extremely high turnover rate of providers.
