Focus on Baby Boomer and Senior Market is a great strategy but once you fail to engage the customer and take quality out of the product you might as well sell widgets. Management has lost sight of the customer and her experience and connection with the brand. Repeated changes in upper management has lead to confusion, fear of job security and low morale. There is a lack of cross functional team building within the organization. Need better marketing and branding.
