The company is laid back and you can wear really casual clothes.

need better pay need to have pay increases production managers need to be let go and need to get better managers that know how to treat employees fair and that are more professional. need better benefits no training you just go straight to work production workers not treated fairly need to improve to be a safer work place no direct deposit dirty microwaves in breakroom and sometimes vending machine no work right or don't have anything in them, refrgerator no haves shelves and employees have to leave lunch sitting on tables bathrooms not always work good
