      * Fridge with snackies and drinkies * Casual dress code * Relaxed atmosphere (get up and talk to your coworkers if you want) * Group lunches * Flexible work hours AppliedImagination cares about its employees and cultivating an atmosphere where everyone is happy and comfortable. They still care that you get your work done. You don't get to come in and just goof off with your coworkers; you are expected to get stuff done. But as long as you do your part, they're happy to make sure you're happy.

      Super positive attitude. Everyone is up beat about getting work done which makes working on projects fun. The projects are varied and usually pretty interesting. They are also super dedicated to getting you out of work by 5 which is great for work life balance. Overall great place to work.

      It's a small business, so some of the processes aren't fully flushed out yet, but they do work on them every week to improve them. The vacation time is a little light IMO

      - Remote work - Nice people

      - No transparency to the employees on how the business is going - Work here if you are mid to late career (Not good for early career employees from career growth and benefits perspective). - You might have to work with nasty clients and probably you will not get appreciated even if you go extra mile - No transparency on performance reviews
