Good pay and benefits. Lot's of cash to get things done when needed. Great people at the working level. People work together well.

Losing market share even though they claim they are gaining. Only strategy is to cut costs and people every quarter. No real long term strategy - quarter to quarter financial results only. Constant, disruptive reorgs that set progress back. Constant outsourcing of jobs yet they claim employees are their greatest assets.
