Things could be solved better if planned properly 5) No technical growth 6) Not a friendly environment. 7) Lack of care in employee's personal concern. You will be ordered to come on weekends and you must obey it. It has been like a school rather than a workplace 8) No proper process is being followed for software management/development 9) Our mistakes will be blown up huge 10) No KT for new joiners and no proper documentation 11) Micro management 12) Manager failed to shoulder responsibilities. You have to deal with all problems. Your good work will not be appreciated by Manager as well.
