A lot of pressure at times

Holiday, benefits, location, bonus and work from home. Other departments are friendly and there is room to grow if you don't start off in credentialing

Specifically the Credentials Dept is poorly managed, extremely micro management, unfriendly mgr, fake team lead who is unqualified and has double standards, high turn over rates, high phone volume which feels like a call center. Over worked and under paid, poor training no play book must take notes then told your doing the work wrong. High turnover rate, no one stays longer than six months.No system in place at all. Just a mess all the way around.
