Good response and help from the manager during the internship

No cons which i faced at it was a WFH internship for one month

- Opportunity to learn new skills

- TOXIC management with traditional etiquette and rules. - Casual VERBAL ABUSE and derogatory speech towards employees. - Poor project management, creates too many DEPENDENCIES. - Drastically UNDERPAYING when compared to the salary standards of the current market
 and location. - LACK OF BOUNDARIES, Would be asked to take your laptop with you even during family emergencies. - NO OVERTIME PAY, and also will be asked to volunteer your personal time as a part of your duties as a good employee. - CONFUSING MANAGEMENT, as you will be reporting to one person in the company and a person from another company 'EIM Solutions'. - LONGER WORKING HOURS, 10 am to 7 pm. - NO HR DEPARTMENT to take your concerns and issues to. - Employment BOND / CONTRACT.
 - No SOCIAL culture or interaction, as you will be rarely communicating with another employee
