Poor communication They stated they will give you a raise and refused to do so No sense of growth They laid off the entire team without severance pay, giving you your pto in cash or any warning Poor poor poor management HR refused to communicate back in regards to any matter it was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone I got a warning for something that wasn’t against company policy and wasn’t even in our workflow. I volunteered to get more information from a doctors office we didn’t have access to their electronic medical records and they did not respond in time and I got a warning for that. Awful just awful.
