      The firm truly has an interest in individual growth. The firm not just has established values, but it tries to live by them.

      They are a very tech savvy firm. It may take longer to adjust for analog folks. IT dept is robust and super helpful!

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
