Leadership is the core problem. The cofounders, who are married to each other, run the company in a way that creates constant instability. Priorities shift frequently, decisions feel improvised, and working with one of the founders in particular can leave you feeling like you are losing your grip on reality. His version of events and expectations shifts so often that it becomes genuinely disorienting. There is a general undercurrent of frustration and honest feedback does not feel safe to give.
