      I really like working with my supervisor. It is a fun environment and the pay is great. Work vehicle and gas are paid for, as well as benefits. Growth opportunities. I can honestly say I’ve learned so much and am excited for the future.

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
