High energy atmosphere, several training videos.

The pest control service itself is subpar, management will never pay the sales rep when in doubt, and sales reps lose dozens of sales due to service pros' poor performance. Same day services are rare. Service pros receive little incentive to improve. Management treats employees more like they're robots than humans.

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Svantaggi

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
