Potential. That's about it from my experience. There is *potential* to "make bank". The one other thing they have is talk. They'll talk you up with this and that to make it sound good. And the corporate seems decent too.
Svantaggi
As a sales representative the only training I was offered was in the form of videos watching other people sell the service. No one-on-one training whatsoever (other than role plays at some morning meetings with other people still trying to figure it out). Then because I want selling enough (I sold 1 account after knocking for a couple weeks all day long) they changed me to be a service professional. Not too bad, other than they wanted me to do the entire thing on my own after one day training in the field, instead they sent me with another trainee that had been trained a couple days longer. (Not to mention the illegitimate practices with the licenses they got us that specify that we need to go around with those who are trained to do it already). And on top of it all the housing contract for being a sales rep has to be fulfilled in full according to them for the whole summer even if you have to leave early or switched to being a service pro. The training that had to be completed before selling or servicing was also a mess in how it's organized, I still don't know if I actually got fully trained how I was supposed to be trained. All in all, a very shady company when it comes to actual practice.
