      You get lots of hours, the people you work with are great, they are understanding with time off and unique scheduling concerns.

      They are one of the most disorganized companies I've ever seen. The system for building us routes would always send us to houses that had attempted to cancel their service for months, leaving those former clients angry and us as current employees frustrated as well.

      Aptive has put an emphasis on improving training of all its employees, including scheduling the routes that our Service Pros are assigned. Thank you for taking the time to share.

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Svantaggi

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.

Regarding the Slack channel for tech questions, you can create a conversation thread by adding multiple members to one conversation or request the creation of a specific Slack channel through IT Support.
