This a very good place to work. We work hard on quality and satisfaction. If it is broke, we fix it. We don't have any major problems because we stay on top of things. I worked with the "run away as fast as you can" guy until he was fired this week because he only showed up for work when it suited him. In his review, he was the person he negatively described. He is one of the reasons we all have to use a time clock. A mediocre programmer, we have lost what respect we may have still had for him after reading his review. Sour grapes. The only way to get fired from this place is to kill someone or be a complete loser. I know we have probably gone through maybe 10 or 12 people since I have been here. They were not A or B payers or they would still be here. We also have former employees that still come back to say hello.

Too many D players - although we have gotten rid of most , if not all, of them recently. We to do some better hiring.

Great benefits, small size, management truly cares about the staff. Management is accepting of all the different personalities and caters to varied work styles as much as possible. This is a family company, and everyone is treated like family. Our software is top notch, and one of the best in the industry!

Typical issues with any small company. Everyone knows everything about everyone. Time off can be hard to schedule if there aren't enough people to cover the job duties in your absence (although this is better than it used to be)

If you get lucky and you like your coworkers, the day to day is bearable. You will be busy enough that you won’t be bored.

-No real HR department to go to with concerns. The HR director is married to the owner, and I did not feel that there was a way to express concerns about the company, in part due to that conflict of interest. -Unrealistic expectations. The owner expects you to be as invested in the company as he is, meaning you should WANT to spend your free time on weekends and after hours doing extra stuff for work. -The software you are selling is not functional. Be prepared for angry customers, and know that you probably will not be able to help them. Updates frequently down the entire system, and marketing efforts pushing a new feature regularly begin before that feature is even functional. -If you’re a good employee, you’ll be expected to pick up the slack for less productive employees-to a level beyond what I would consider acceptable. The hiring and firing here makes no sense; the people who contribute the least have managed to hold on to their jobs for way too long, while others have gotten fired with no warning for petty and trivial reasons. -The raise/bonus system is not really a system at all. Not much of a schedule for when a performance review may happen other than just when they get around to it, and a further delay after the review in getting them to discuss a pay raise at all.
