The role was fully remote and offered a flexible working schedule.

It was supposed to be a three-week unpaid Generative AI training with a chance of getting hired afterward. The training itself covered basic topics and easy exercises, but the final group assignment was quite challenging. After that, I didn’t hear back from them.

Remote, distributed teams. We had the ability to work in our own pace.

Too little implication from the mentors, unclear tasks, different levels of experience among colleagues.
