-Anyone could get hired, I worked with multiple pot heads, underage alcoholics and smokers. -The management was very poor on making sure that the jobs were done properly -Massive shortage on staff so forcing employees to take more hours than they are able to -No overtime pay -little to no control over employees and how they interact with patrons -long shifts, often had 11-12 hour shifts -towards the end of the summer, most of the employees that put any sort of effort into their job had quit due to poor management and the quality of work done dropped through the floor - training was rushed to try and get new employees to pools because of shortage of workers but they cut many corners to do so. -A lot of drama between employees -Group punishment for complaints against specific guards
