1. Leaders and managers had no opinions, stakeholders will override it as simple as that. 2. Some managers just clubbing for what the stakeholders said, whatever it is right or wrong. 3. Zero learning curve for seniors. 4. No flexibility at all. If you are late for minutes, you will have a salary deduction, but if you work for more than 8 hours, you will not have overtime. 5. HRs think that the games are what employees want, but not the flexibility, not the good environment. 6. The UAE management is override whoever opinions. 7. Deductions and terminations are the easiest way for this company. 8. Whatever you have signed on on the contract, there will not be a stick with. 9. Whatever you did you have no appreciation from the stakeholders, always your performance is low. 10. Finally it is a toxic environment, thanks god that i move from this messy, not professional company.
