The pay maybe pretty good BUT

The company expects way too much from route person. Have to load own trucks, deliver uniforms ,satisfy customers demands and rectify mistakes made by off site laundry, delays in delivery of cutomer uniforms and products, expected to up sell ect. Averqage day 12 to 14 hours because of mismanagement and unrealistic expectations. Company has " do not care " and plays blame game by depot managemnt. low employee moral and disconcern for employees personal lives. Do not get sick because youre still expected to make up your route or threaten with termination, Becaus eof all this employee turn over is very high.
