Consistent schedule although advertised as 40 hours per week,but not always the case.

Had to pay for own parking and meal deductions(even though the time required to start work had to have your own car,as no bus at that time) A lot of bad staff relations and one rule for one and not for another. Weak leadership which contributed to poor work environment.
