      There are many great people doing the day to day work. Employees are encouraged to be themselves and express themselves in the way they dress, etc. Never a dull moment. Highest paying library in the area. There are chances to express creativity in displays, programming, etc. Lifestyle Spending Account for fun things to help with work life balance.

      Management is out of touch. There is not good communication from the top down. There is a huge feeling of "us" vs "them". They try to make up for employee unhappiness with perks.
