Overall, the company has done well during these tough times in federal research. They continue to bring work in across federal and private clients and all care about the work. C-Suite is very accessible. Some strategic decisions like the small business GSA schedule has been helpful.

Tough federal environment. Can be overly flat at times.

This was a 100% remote position. The work had real world applications and the people were nice. The president had biweekly all staff calls where he talked about the "state of the company".

It is a small research company so it didn't have the bandwidth to support people during this current administration.
